I understand that Liberals aren't completely evil and it is possible to be friends with them but quite honestly I am having a heck of a time dealing with a few people. I live in a relatively conservative state with small town ideals yet my city has erupted with my generations embodiment of hippies. My High School leans to the left and the top students in this years graduating class are mainly liberal minded. I am not and will not be in the top ten of my class when I graduate next year, and for a while this bothered me. Why are they more intelligent than I am? Then I realized it they may have incredible academic skills yet they are also the largest partiers and find it necessary to do drugs.
I realize that it isn't entirely these teens fault, in fact most of the blame goes to their parents. With their "Ignorance is bliss" attitudes these parents are creating future ACLU attorneys. What do I do? Here lies the factory that is pumping out supporters for people like Reid and Pelosi and there is nothing I can do about it.
So what I am getting at is it's crucial that we begin to inject conservative ideals into the media that teenagers would typically watch. This is highly important because at this stage in life teenagers are truly sponges. I understand that many of you have heard all of this before, but hopefully hearing it from a seventeen year old will help get the message across.
